1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our products, designs, content, or services without express written permission from Mansa Creations.

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

Handcrafted Variations: Our garments feature traditional Sanganeri hand block prints, Chikankari, and pure cotton weaving. Subtle variations in color, print alignment, or texture are inherent characteristics of authentic artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on screen brightness, display settings, or photography lighting.
Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at checkout. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Payment Processing: All online payments are securely processed through our integrated payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Logistics Partner: Shipping and order fulfillments are managed via our logistics partner (Shadowfax 360).
Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 4-7 business days across India depending on pincode serviceability.
Delivery Delays: Mansa Creations is not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier logistics, extreme weather, festivals, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

No Returns & No Cash Refunds: Mansa Creations follows a strict No Return & No Cash Refund Policy. We do not issue cash refunds, bank transfers, or store credits once an order is delivered.
Exchanges Only: We strictly offer Exchanges for Size Issues or Damaged/Incorrect Items within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement: An unedited, 360-degree unboxing video from the beginning of parcel opening is strictly mandatory for claiming damaged or missing items.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, branding, product photos, descriptions, icons, graphics, and layout designs—is the exclusive property of Mansa Creations and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Mansa Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
